Don’t Sweat It – Milk Alternatives

Nolcha_Yoon-44
Picture this scenario, it’s Monday morning and you are exhausted from a fun weekend. While fashion week keeps on rotating around the world, sometimes you might be traveling in and out of meetings and events. Unfortunately, we might be feeling bloated, cramps, gassy, nauseous, and in some occasions with diarrhea. The problem here is not in your coffee but in your milk. If you experience all these symptoms, you may be lactose intolerant. In other times, if your skin is breaking out often and you feel highly congested, it probably also has a lot to do with having a dairy sensitivity. The good news is that this problem can be fixed. I know Mondays are stressful enough and sometimes that coffee is a must, but your milk choices can be fixed, changed, and can be fun again.

Don’t Sweat It – Headache Aid

Nolcha_Yoon-46

Milan, Buenos Aires, New York City, oh my goodness! All those dreamy collections and all that work put into it. Staying on top of our fashionable selves is hard sometimes. Too much work, stressful deadlines, and sometimes lack of sleep can give us true headaches. Headaches are the very thing that can destroy our day at times, and when overlooked they get worse

How do headaches happen and what are they?

Headaches happen due to physical or emotional stress on the body. The stressors can cause the muscles in the body to spasm and teeth to clench. All these can put pressure in the eyes and sinuses, as well as the jaw. So TMJ (temporary mandibular disorder) can happen due to stress, with headaches to follow.

Fashion week is over around the world, but that has not stopped any of us from dreaming about the new collections. Many of us are even creating and concocting outfits for the seasons to come. Chances are if you live in a fast paced city with changing seasons like New York City or London, then you are certainly bound to get under the weather as the change of seasons occur. Nolcha_Yoon-179

A new season is here! We have the perfect outfit, shoes, make-up and even an amazing hair styles lined up. The only problem is that not everything always feels fine. Has it ever happened that even though your day it set to be amazing, it really does not feel that good? If you feel foggy, weak, get sick often, you are craving sweets or even worst as in your hair falling out, then you may be suffering from protein deficiency. While it is true most Americans do not show signs of protein deficiency, that does not mean it doesn’t happen. Within the fashion world there are many of us who are very focused on calorie intake, fat, sugars, and so many who avoid animal products. This is all fine, however within that we may become on and off victims of misinformation which may lead us into doing more harm than good.

Don’t Sweat It – Great Hair Care

Nolcha_Yoon-1127764

It’s almost fashion week and we are getting busier and busier as we come very close to the big week. Does it ever happen to you that your outfit looks amazing, your skin looks flawless, yet your hair is a hot mess? I know it has happened to me and it’s not a great feeling. My curly, tangly hair has been many colors including bright red, blonde, dark brown, and jet black. In the past I  have done a Brazilian perm to it, seen it fall out due to stress and too much hair die. I have had split ends, and I have seen it flake (yes I admit it and its awful but I know how to fix it now). So as you can see hair issues are possible, yet I still have hair and tons of it. Let me teach you how to deal.
